Mohammed has extensive experience in adult education, project management and training coordination with a strong focus on supporting diverse and multi-racial communities. He has served as as an Employment Development Manager handling customer relations, supervising staff, and providing career guidance to young adults. As a Sessional Tutor he has delivered tailored ESOL, literacy, and numeracy lessons and at the University of Wolverhampton he undertook secondary school teaching placements and has taught Maths GCSE. As Numeracy Project Coordinator at Hodge Hill Girls School he boosted pupil numeracy, engaging parents, and supporting bilingual learners.

Mohammed has managed adult education projects, coordinated programmes and handled budgeting.
